What is the Lagree Method?
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout combining strength, cardio, and core. At Lagree Vibes, the Mega Pro sculpts, tones, and strengthens with joint-friendly, controlled movements that build endurance.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing grip socks (required for safety and hygiene), a water bottle to stay hydrated, and comfortable workout clothing that allows a full range of motion. You can purchase grip socks at the studio if needed.
Do I need experience?
Not at all — Lagree is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors will guide you through each move, offering modifications and adjustments so you feel comfortable whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.
is there parking available?
Parking is available behind the building. The parking entrance is on Western Avenue, and the main studio entrance is on 8th Street.
How do I book a class?
Booking is simple. Click the “Book a Class” button on any page of our site to access our real-time class schedule. We recommend reserving your spot early, especially for peak times, as classes fill quickly. All bookings are done online through our website or app.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. To avoid late fees, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Cancellations and rescheduling can be managed easily through our online booking system.
is there Late cancellation or No-show fees?
- Late-cancellation rules: cancellations and rescheduling made within 12 hours of the start of a class are subject to a $20 fee.
- No-show rules: class is deducted on regular packages. $25 no-show fee applied on unlimited packages.
Can I bring a friend to class?
Yes — new clients are welcome. Just make sure they create an account on our website or our app and book a class before attending.
Can I freeze or pause my package?
Freezes or pauses are not available for class packages. All packages remain active for their full validity period and expire as scheduled. We recommend planning your bookings in advance to make the most of your package.
